TWW Logistics LLC sends text messages only to people who have applied to drive for us, and to our contracted delivery drivers. We do not send text messages to customers, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Our messages are operational and transactional. They relate to a person's own application or their own work with us:
Each reminder includes a secure link the driver can use to upload the updated document from their phone.
Consent is collected in writing, at the point of application, on our driver application form at drive.twwlogistics.com.
Applicants sign in with a verified email address and complete the application themselves. Before submitting, they must tick a consent box that is unchecked by default. The application cannot be submitted without it. The wording is:
"I agree that TWW Logistics may contact me about my application and my work by email, phone call, and text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help."
The applicant supplies their own mobile number on the same form. Each consent is recorded in our system with the person's name, their verified email address, and the date and time it was given.
Message frequency varies and depends on the individual. Most drivers receive very few messages. Document reminders are sent at most once per week, and only while a document is approaching or past its expiry date. Reminders stop as soon as the document is updated.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile plan. TWW Logistics does not charge for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Opt-out is immediate and permanent unless the person chooses to opt back in.

Opting out of text messages does not affect a person's application or their work with us. We will simply contact them by email or phone instead.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to contact the person about their own application or their own work with TWW Logistics.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
